Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Dirt Daubers Express LLC provides dirt hauling, material delivery, equipment rental, site preparation, land clearing, grading, and equipment repair services in West Georgia. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Estimates & Pricing

All quotes and estimates provided are subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, and scope of work. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to require a deposit for large projects.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Liability

Dirt Daubers Express LLC is not liable for pre-existing conditions on job sites, underground utilities, or damage resulting from customer-provided inaccurate information. Customer is responsible for marking all utilities before work begins.

Equipment Rentals

Renters are responsible for any damage to rented equipment during the rental period. Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received.

Disputes

Any disputes arising from our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and resolved in Carroll County, Georgia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
